VPM VAPI ENTERPRISE LTD., formerly Vapi Paper Mills Ltd., announced the resignation of Independent Director Himanshu Ruia, effective July 30, 2026, due to the completion of his tenure. The resignation was approved by the company's board of directors during a meeting held on July 30, 2026, and Ruia will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
