Marg Techno -Projects Limited informed the BSE that it has corrected a typographical error in its previous disclosure regarding the outcome of a board meeting related to a rights issue for an aggregate amount of Rs 6390.00 lakhs. The company initially stated an issue price of Rs 2.07 per equity share, which has been revised to Rs 10 per equity share. The board approved the allotment of 63,900,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 10 per share, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 14,20,00,000 to Rs 78,10,00,000.
