Gokak Textiles Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results become generally available.
