Southern Magnesium and Chemicals Limited will hold a board meeting on August 7, 2026, at its registered office in Hyderabad to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to discuss the agenda for the 40th Annual General Meeting, including the appointment of scrutinisers and book closure dates, with a trading window closure period in place from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are announced to the BSE Limited.
