Hester Biosciences’ revenue rose 14% to Rs 634.90 million, boosted by a Gates Foundation loan amendment

Hester Biosciences reported standalone revenue of Rs 634.90 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a 14% increase compared to Rs 524.69 million in the corresponding quarter of the previous year, while standalone profit increased by 88%. Consolidated revenue decreased to Rs 772.44 million compared to Rs 841.05 million in the prior year, but consolidated profit rose significantly by 459% due to an exceptional gain of Rs 853.49 million from an amendment to a Gates Foundation loan for Hester Africa, which reduced the outstanding loan from USD 12.0 million to USD 5.0 million.
