Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has fixed Thursday, August 13, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and for the 37th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with payment of the dividend expected on or before Wednesday, September 16, 2026, if approved by shareholders.
