Fusion Finance Limited paid Rs 1,21,50,000 in interest to debenture holders on July 28, 2026

Fusion Finance Limited informed the General Manager of BSE Limited that interest payments on its Non-Convertible Debentures, including ISIN INE139R07456 with an issue size of Rs 1,50,00,00,000, were duly paid to eligible debenture holders on July 28, 2026, as per Regulation 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with an interest amount of Rs 1,21,50,000 paid post deduction of applicable taxes.
