Plastiblends India promoters transfer 8.85% stake from Kolsite Corporation LLP

Varun Satyanarayan Kabra and Jyoti Varun Kabra, promoters of Plastiblends India Limited, have announced an inter-se transfer of 23,02,084 shares of the company from Kolsite Corporation LLP, representing 8.85% of the share capital, to be acquired at market price any time after 4 working days from the date of the notice. Following the acquisition, Varun S. Kabra’s shareholding will increase to 90,47,795 shares, representing 34.81%, while Jyoti V. Kabra’s will increase to 29,16,298 shares, representing 11.22%.
