EFC (I) Limited confirms proper use of Rs 22964.16 crore preferential issue proceeds

EFC (I) Limited announced that there was no deviation or variation in the utilization of proceeds from a preferential issue of Rs 22964.16 crore on January 10, 2024, and a subsequent issue of Rs 1280.80 crore on January 11, 2024, as confirmed in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company also disclosed that a rights issue of Rs 15994.179 crore completed on May 25, 2026, was also utilized as originally planned.
