While most commitments outlined in the offer document have been completed, some capital expenditure and inorganic growth initiatives face delays with completion dates extending into FY27. A significant balance of Rs 101.57 crore remains unutilized, with Rs 20.56 crore designated for offer expenses and Rs 7.69 crore for OFS-related expenses.
