Venmax Drugs receives Rs 32.2 million as warrant holders convert equity shares

Venmax Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited announced the allotment of 21,47,665 equity shares at a price of Rs 20 each to warrant holders, following the exercise of convertible warrants. The company received Rs 3,22,14,975 from the allotment, increasing its paid-up capital to Rs 13,73,05,950 comprising 1,37,30,595 equity shares. Eight warrant holders, including Dinesh Dayaram Dhanak & Deepti Dinesh Dhanak, Nitesh Niranjan Jha, Umesh Bikhchand Bijlani, Dinakara Sateesha, Deepak Pandurang Bhojane, Trupti Uday Khanapurkar, Jigna Pravinkumar Raval, and Dinesh Muddu Kotian, participated in the conversion.
