Waaree Renewable Technologies allocates shares to employees exercising options under its ESOP plan

Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, disclosed that its board approved the allotment of 33,425 equity shares to employees exercising vested options under the Waaree RTL ESOP-2022 plan on July 29, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up share capital from Rs 20,86,91,584 divided into 10,43,45,792 shares to Rs 20,87,58,434 divided into 10,43,79,217 shares, with the exercise price per share at Rs 22.40 and a realized amount of Rs 7,48,720.
