Orient Bell Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. Sameer Kamboj has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company upon completion of his second and final term of 5 consecutive years, effective July 26, 2026, with the delay in disclosure occurring due to an inadvertent error in calculating the cessation date.
