Can Fin Homes Limited announced appointments and re-appointments of directors at its 39th Annual General Meeting held on July 29, 2026. Shareholders re-appointed Murali Ramaswami as an Independent Director for a second three-year term, effective July 29, 2026, until July 28, 2029, and appointed Varsha Vasant Purandare as an Independent Director for a three-year term, commencing July 30, 2026, and ending July 29, 2029. Additionally, Shailesh Kumar Singh was appointed as a Whole-Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel, designated as Deputy Managing Director, for a three-year period starting July 3, 2026, following RBI approval.
