Brigade Group plans a residential project in Bengaluru with Rs. 400 Crores GDV

Brigade Group has acquired a 2-acre land parcel on Kanakapura Road in South Bengaluru and will develop a premium residential project with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 400 Crores, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on July 29, 2026.
