Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited, formerly Mayukh Dealtrade Limited, will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a limited review report on those results, as well as to discuss the use of proceeds from a rights issue and submit a statement of deviation, according to a filing with the BSE Ltd.
