Tacent Projects Limited, formerly known as Rahul Merchandising Limited, will hold a board meeting on August 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to take note of other matters including the closure of the trading window for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
