Prism Finance Limited will convene its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, at 12:00 Noon via video conferencing, and has enabled remote e-voting for shareholders from September 26 to September 28, 2026. The company’s board also approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from 2026-27 to 2030-31, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Hemendrakumar Shah as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting December 4, 2026, both subject to shareholder approval.
