The company’s board approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years from 2026-27 to 2030-31, and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Hemendrakumar Shah as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting December 4, 2026, both pending shareholder approval.
