Abirami Financial Services re-appoints K.V. Aiyappan as Chairman, alongside other directors

Abirami Financial Services (India) Limited announced that its board re-appointed K.V. Aiyappan as Non-executive Director cum Chairman, and re-appointed A.K. Sabesan and Revathi Sureshkumar as Independent Directors for a second term, subject to shareholder approval. The board also noted the retirement of M.G. Bhaskar as an Independent Director, effective June 15, 2026. K.V. Aiyappan is related to Chitra Sivaramakrishnan, a Whole-Time Director, and Muthulakshmi Ganesh, a Non-Executive Director of the company.
