Devyani International’s revenue rose 16.5% to Rs 15.805 billion, approving merger with Sapphire Foods

Devyani International Limited, a leading quick service restaurant operator, announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of Rs 15.805 billion, a 16.5% increase year-over-year, and operating EBITDA of Rs 1.511 billion with a 9.6% margin. The company, which operates 2,255 stores across India, Thailand, Nigeria, and Nepal, also posted a profit after tax of Rs 171 million, the highest in eight quarters, and received approvals from the NSE and BSE for its merger with Sapphire Foods, targeting completion by the end of fiscal year 2027.
