Pearl Global Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as well as a potential sub-division of existing equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each and the issuance of bonus shares, both subject to shareholder approval. The company has also closed its trading window, which will remain so until forty-eight hours after the board meeting date, as previously announced in a letter dated June 25, 2026.
