Rossell Techsys shareholders will vote on re-appointing directors for a three-year term

Rossell Techsys Limited announced that its board of directors has recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Arvind Ghei and Mrs. Shobhana Joshi as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. They are expected to serve for a further three-year term commencing September 3, 2026, and concluding at the Annual General Meeting in the financial year 2029.
