SMS Pharmaceuticals reschedules board meeting to review quarterly financial results

SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the Board of Directors meeting, previously scheduled for August 1, 2026, has been rescheduled to July 31, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also stated that the trading window for its equity shares will be closed from July 1, 2026, to August 2, 2026, and will reopen on August 3, 2026, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
