Emkay Global Financial Services allotted shares to promoters, increasing capital to ₹27.63 crore

Emkay Global Financial Services Limited announced the allotment of 1,00,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs10 each to promoter Mr. Prakash Kacholia, following the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The allotment, made on July 29, 2026, increased the company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital from Rs27,52,55,800 divided into 2,75,25,580 equity shares to Rs27,62,55,800 divided into 2,76,25,580 equity shares. The company has allotted a total of 17,00,000 equity shares to Mr. Krishna Kumar Karwa and Mr. Prakash Kacholia upon receipt of 75% of the total consideration amount.
