Godawari Power & Ispat pares stake held in Jammu Pigments

Godawari Power & Ispat has divested 7,74,000 equity shares of Jammu Pigments (JPL) for a consideration of Rs 23.10 crore. Post conclusion of the transaction, the company's stake in JPL has reduced from 43.96% to 39.99%.
