Radico Khaitan has allotted 51,048 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to the eligible employee(s) pursuant to exercise of stock options under the ESOP 2006 of the Company. The paid- up equity share capital of the company, post this allotment, stands 13,39,82,398 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 26,79,64,796/-.
