Suprajit Engineering allots 8,199 equity shares under ESAR

Suprajit Engineering has allotted 8,199 equity shares under SEL ESAR Plan -2017 of the Company. Consequently, effective from 25 June 2026, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 13,71,71,147 divided into 13,71,71,147 equity shares of Rs.1/- each to Rs. 13,71,79,346 divided into 13,71,79,346 equity shares of Rs.1/- each.
Suprajit Engineering has allotted 8,199 equity shares under SEL ESAR Plan -2017 of the Company.
