Physicswallah allots 44.94 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Physicswallah has allotted 44,94,276 equity shares under ESOP on 20 June 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company shall stand increased from Rs. 2,89,63,92,376 to Rs. 2,90,08,86,652.
