Board of Anuh Pharma allots 5.01 lakh bonus equity shares

The Board of Anuh Pharma at its meeting held on 16 July 2025 has allotted 5,01,12,000 fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each in ratio of 1:1. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 10,02,24,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each aggregating to Rs 50,11,20,000/-.
