IndusInd Bank allots 1,400 equity shares under ESOS

IndusInd Bank has allotted 1,400 equity shares under ESOS on 02 June 2025. The Paid up Share Capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from. Rs. 7,790,544,720 (779,054,472 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 7,790,558,720 (779,055,872 equity shares of Rs.10/-each).
