Indostar Capital Finance has allotted 25,000 senior, secured, redeemable, rated, listed, taxable non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each amounting upto Rs 250 crore (May 2025 Debentures) on private placement basis under 9.60% ICFL 25-26/Series XXV 2027.
