Intellect Design Arena allots 39,885 equity shares under ESOP

Intellect Design Arena has allotted 39,885 equity shares under ESOP on 22 March 2025.

The Company is in the process of applying for listing and trading of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The Paid-Up Share Capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs.694,561,290/- divided into 138,912,258 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 694,760,715/- divided into 138,952,143 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
