Board of P N Gadgil Jewellers defers decision on fund raising

The Board of P N Gadgil Jewellers at its meeting held on 15 May 2025 has considered the proposal of raising funds by way of issuance of Equity Shares; however, after due deliberation, the Board has decided to defer the matter for discussion at a later stage. The Company will inform the stock exchange(s) as and when the matter is reconsidered by the Board.
