Sales decline 12.52% to Rs 1150.14 crore

Oberoi Realty consolidated net profit declines 45.03% in the March 2025 quarter

Net profit of Oberoi Realty declined 45.03% to Rs 433.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 788.03 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales declined 12.52% to Rs 1150.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 1314.77 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.

For the full year,net profit rose 15.51% to Rs 2225.51 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 1926.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 17.58% to Rs 5286.27 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 4495.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
