Net sales (including other operating income) of Supreme Industries has increased 0.64% to Rs 3027.07 crore. Sales of Plastics Piping Products segment has gone down 3.65% to Rs 2,074.06 crore (accounting for 68.52% of total sales). Sales of Industrial Products segment has gone down 1.48% to Rs 346.37 crore (accounting for 11.44% of total sales). Sales of Packing Products segment rose 13.20% to Rs 426.11 crore (accounting for 14.08% of total sales). Sales of Consumer Products segment has gone up 15.03% to Rs 136.14 crore (accounting for 4.50% of total sales). Sales of Others segment has gone up 391.04% to Rs 44.39 crore (accounting for 1.47% of total sales). Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 21.09% to Rs 331.57 crore. PBIT of Plastics Piping Products segment fell 26.21% to Rs 215.92 crore (accounting for 65.12% of total PBIT). PBIT of Industrial Products segment fell 10.98% to Rs 35.20 crore (accounting for 10.62% of total PBIT). PBIT of Packing Products segment fell 15.85% to Rs 57.06 crore (accounting for 17.21% of total PBIT). PBIT of Consumer Products segment rose 10.04% to Rs 22.58 crore (accounting for 6.81% of total PBIT). PBIT of Others reported profit of Rs 0.81 crore compared to loss of Rs 0.31 crore. PBIT margin of Plastics Piping Products segment fell from 13.59% to 10.41%. PBIT margin of Industrial Products segment fell from 11.25% to 10.16%. PBIT margin of Packing Products segment fell from 18.01% to 13.39%. PBIT margin of Consumer Products segment fell from 17.34% to 16.59%. PBIT margin of Others segment rose from negative 3.43% to 1.82%. Overall PBIT margin fell from 13.97% to 10.95%. Operating profit margin has declined from 16.31% to 13.75%, leading to 15.16% decline in operating profit to Rs 416.27 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from 63.77% to 65.04%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 0.72% to 2.37%. Employee cost increased from 4.46% to 4.78%. Other expenses fell from 13.30% to 12.64%. Power and Oil fuel cost fell from 3.12% to 3.07%. Other income fell 31.18% to Rs 12.45 crore. PBIDT fell 15.73% to Rs 428.72 crore. Provision for interest fell 61.53% to Rs 2.97 crore. Loan funds rose to Rs 75.80 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 55.06 crore as of 31 March 2024. Inventories declined from Rs 1,358.59 crore as of 31 March 2024 to Rs 1,333.65 crore as of 31 March 2025. Sundry debtors were higher at Rs 540.10 crore as of 31 March 2025 compared to Rs 511.44 crore as of 31 March 2024. Cash and bank balance declined from Rs 1,187.29 crore as of 31 March 2024 to Rs 952.45 crore as of 31 March 2025. Investments rose to Rs 719.62 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 638.14 crore as of 31 March 2024 . PBDT fell 15.03% to Rs 425.75 crore. Provision for depreciation rose 18.39% to Rs 91.36 crore. Fixed assets increased to Rs 3,071.78 crore as of 31 March 2025 from Rs 2,466.81 crore as of 31 March 2024. Intangible assets stood at Rs 4.24 crore. Profit before tax down 21.11% to Rs 334.39 crore. Share of profit/loss was 19.49% lower at Rs 32.76 crore. Provision for tax was expense of Rs 73.21 crore, compared to Rs 109.74 crore. Effective tax rate was 19.94% compared to 23.62%. Minority interest was nil in both the periods. Net profit attributable to owners of the company decreased 17.16% to Rs 293.94 crore. Equity capital stood at Rs 25.41 crore as of 31 March 2025 to Rs 25.41 crore as of 31 March 2024. Per share face Value remained same at Rs 2.00. Promoters' stake was 48.85% as of 31 March 2025 compared to 48.85% as of 31 March 2024 .

Sales of Industrial Products segment has gone up 0.37% to Rs 1,312.67 crore (accounting for 12.57% of total sales). Sales of Packing Products segment rose 13.28% to Rs 1,592.30 crore (accounting for 15.24% of total sales). Sales of Consumer Products segment has gone up 0.59% to Rs 443.64 crore (accounting for 4.25% of total sales). Sales of Others segment has gone up 29.46% to Rs 62.35 crore (accounting for 0.60% of total sales). Profit before interest, tax and other unallocable items (PBIT) has slumped 13.51% to Rs 1,103.23 crore. PBIT of Plastics Piping Products segment fell 18.32% to Rs 735.31 crore (accounting for 66.65% of total PBIT). PBIT of Industrial Products segment fell 2.87% to Rs 110.08 crore (accounting for 9.98% of total PBIT). PBIT of Packing Products segment fell 1.64% to Rs 184.61 crore (accounting for 16.73% of total PBIT). Cash flow from operating activities decreased to Rs 1,003.72 crore for year ended March 2025 from Rs 1,412.90 crore for year ended March 2024.
