Zinka Logistics Solutions allots 1.91 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Zinka Logistics Solutions has allotted 1,91,833 equity shares under ESOP on 12 March 2025. Consequent to aforesaid allotment the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company would be increased from Rs. 17,72,14,834/- to Rs. 17,74,06,667/-.
