Sapphire Foods India has allotted 24,820 equity shares under ESOP on 04 March 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 64,18,80,488/- divided into 32,09,40,244 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
