NCLT sanctions scheme of amalgamation between ALPS Hospital & Max Hospitals and Allied Services

Max Healthcare Institute announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation between ALPS Hospital & Max Hospitals and Allied Services (wholly owned subsidiaries of the company) vide order dated 25 February 2025 with appointed date of 01 April 2024.
