Sapphire Foods India has allotted 94,137 equity shares under ESOP on 06 February 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 64,17,72,638 divided into 32,08,86,319 equity shares of Rs.2/- each.
