Genus Power Infrastructures allots 71,829 equity shares under ESAR

Genus Power Infrastructures has allotted 71,829 equity shares under Employees Stock Appreciation Rights on 10 January 2025. After the aforesaid allotments of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 30,39,28,095/- comprising of the 30,39,28,095 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
Genus Power Infrastructures has allotted 71,829 equity shares under Employees Stock Appreciation Rights on 10 January 2025.
