CARE Ratings allots 2,200 equity shares under ESOS

CARE Ratings has allotted 2,200 equity shares under ESOS. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs.29,91,54,140/- consisting of 2,99,15,414 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.29,91,76,140/- consisting of 2,99,17,614 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
CARE Ratings has allotted 2,200 equity shares under ESOS. The Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs.29,91,54,140/- consisting of 2,99,15,414 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.29,91,76,140/- consisting of 2,99,17,614 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
