The Board of Comfort Fincap at its meeting held on 21 October 2024 has approved the allotment of 4,38,00,000 convertible share warrants at an issue price of Rs 9 per warrant (including warrant subscription price of Rs 2.25 per warrant) aggregating to Rs 39.42 crore.
