NSE India VIX slipped 3.54% to 13.87.

Nifty February futures trade at discount

The Nifty February 2024 futures closed at 21,510, a premium of 157.4 points compared with the Nifty's closing 21,352.60 in the cash market.

In the cash market, the Nifty 50 declined 101.35 points or 0.47% to 21,352.60.

The NSE's India VIX, a gauge of market's expectation of volatility over the near term, slipped 3.54% to 13.87.

HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and Reliance Industries (RIL) were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE.

The February 2024 F&O contracts will expire on 29 February 2024.
