Among the other constituents of the index, Macrotech Developers Ltd decreased 1.71% and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd lost 0.74% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 26.06 % over last one year compared to the 14.22% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Sobha Ltd has added 13.76% over last one month compared to 10.03% gain in S&P BSE Realty Index index and 1.91% rise in the SENSEX.
